JWH 210 is a potent cannabimimetic alkylindole that binds to central cannabinoid and peripheral cannabinoid receptors with Ki values of 0.46 and 0.69 nM, respectively.

For long-term storage, we recommend storing JWH 210 at -20°C as supplied. It should be stable for at least two years. JWH 210 is supplied as a crystalline solid. A stock solution can be prepared by dissolving JWH 210 in a solvent of choice. JWH 210 is soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, DMSO and Dimethylformamide soluble, which should be flushed with an inert gas.

The solubility of JWH 210 in these solvents is approximately 0.5, 20 and 50 mg/ml respectively. JWH 210 is only slightly soluble in aqueous solutions. Therefore, further dilutions of the organic solvent solution in aqueous buffers or isotonic saline solution should be made before carrying out biological experiments.

Make sure that the remaining amount of organic solvent is insignificant, as organic solvents in low concentrations can have physiological effects. We recommend storing the aqueous solution for no longer than one day.
